Winery Review: Sauvigon Blanc provides a concentrated bouquet and crispness on the palate. Sémillon gives a delicately scented wine that is very full and round. Muscadelle makes wine that is low in acidity quite round and aromatic. Small quantities of Colombard and Ugni Blanc are sometimes added.
My Review: The color of this wine was a very light yellow that was almost clear. It had faint smells of apricot and oak, but no strong smells. On the palate it was very light and crisp. It had a slight acidity on the finish. This wine was semi-sweet and had a nice grapefruit flavor. Definitely a pleasant wine.
I did not drink this wine with food.
